The E5063A equipped with Option 011 has a graphical user interface and can be used as a PCB analyzer to provide time-domain and frequency-domain measurement capabilities for PCB production testing. Compared with traditional sampling oscilloscopes, E5063A PCB analyzer has higher accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility (R&R), supports more languages ??and has higher ESD stability.
